The 2018 Membership Renewal Form may be downloaded below. Fees for 2018 are $50.00. Corporate rates for applications submitted together and paid for in a single payment are $47.50 each for 6 – 15 employees and $45.00 each for 16 or more employees. For new employees, please use the new member application form found below. You can help HCA grow; if you bring a new person to an upcoming luncheon and he/she joins the Association, your 2018 membership fee will be waived.


The date is set and good weather has been ordered for the HCA Spring Golf Tournament. Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 5, at Wildcat Golf Club, 12000 Almeda Road, Houston 77045. Sponsorship forms for hole/beverage carts and team registration forms are below and available through HCA office. NO ON-LINE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE. This event benefits the HCA Scholarship program. We are looking forward to your joining us.

2018 Spring Golf Tournament Forms


Houston Claims Association’s March CE Luncheon will be held Wednesday, March 14, 11:15 am, at The Palm, 6100 Westheimer, Houston, TX 77057. The program, “Microbial Claims Management,” will be presented by Alan Barnes of Vertex Engineering. The course has been approved by TDI/Sircon for 1-hour general credit. On line cost is $37.50 for Members/Associate Members and $42.50 for Non-members. Please RSVP to the Association office by Friday, March 9, BY CLICKING HERE or by calling 281.933.4028.
To help streamline sign in, attendees are encouraged to prepay using the payment option offered with the registration.

As with most locations, HCA has a minimum guarantee for the luncheons and a deadline to submit the head count. HCA’s deadline is noon on the Saturday before the luncheon. If you make a reservation and do not attend, HCA is still responsible for the fees. Therefore, if you make a reservation, your cancellation must be made by 5:00 pm Friday prior to the event. If not, an invoice will be sent to you so that the expenses may be recouped.


April 11: 1-hour program at The Palm. Presenter is Brian Peel of the The Bale Law Firm. This is also the Annual Meeting with election of the 2018-2019 Board of Directors and presentation of the scholarship awards.

May 9: 4-hour seminar hosted by Enterprise Rent-A-Car

June 13: 4-hour seminar to be announced

HCA’s Annual Meeting will be held at the April 11 luncheon meeting. At this meeting, scholarships will be awarded and the 2018 – 2019 Board of Directors will be elected. Anyone wishing to place his/her name on the ballot needs to contact any current Board member or the Association office.


Welcome new members/associate members: Javier Garza, Jennifer Guyton, Adam Ochoa, and Gary Webster. Please look for them at our meetings and make them welcome.
