Jesse has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with Core Specialty Insurance since September 2, 2025. Prior to joining Core Specialty, Jesse was a Major Case Investigator for Travelers Insurance specializing in All Lines of Business. Prior to working at Travelers Insurance, Jesse worked at the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) as a Special Agent with the Houston Major Medical Task Force where he played an integral role combating insurance fraud and operating undercover fraud operations involving organized fraud. 

Jesse currently holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI). Jesse was also a past President and a current Director of the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Special Investigations Units (TASIU). Jesse was also a past Director on the Board of Directors and a current member of the International Association of Special Investigations Units (IASIU). In 2018, Jesse was nominated for the IASIU Investigator of the Year Award. In 2019 as Chapter President of TASIU, Jesse won the IASIU Outstanding Chapter of the Year Award. In 2022, Jesse won the IASIU Outstanding Service Award. In 2023, Jesse was one of a few who won the IASIU Multi-Jurisdictional Investigative Excellence Award.

Jesse also severed as an E-4 / Corporal with the United Stated Marine Corps from 1984 – 1992, as well as severing during the Gulf War in 08/1990 to 02/1991 and receiving a National Defense Service Medal and other command and individual awards.
