Joseph serves as the Director of Business Development for Rapid Response Remediation in Houston, Texas, where he develops strategic partnerships and supports clients throughout the property restoration process.

He brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, operations, and business development. Throughout his career with ATI Restoration, BluSky Restoration Contractors, Jenkins Restoration, and Mikada Cabinets, has successfully managed complex projects, strengthened client relationships, and driven business growth across residential and commercial markets.

Prior to entering the restoration industry, Joseph served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. During his military career, he held key leadership positions, managed multimillion-dollar budgets and assets, and led soldiers through complex training and operational missions. He is a graduate of Army Ranger School and the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course.

Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Missouri State University and holds certifications including Xactimate Level I, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Certified Healthcare Restoration Technician (CHRT). As a member of the Houston Claims Association Board of Directors, he is dedicated to supporting professional development, education, and collaboration within the claims industry.
